RIGID Light Depot Warranty Summary by Product Type
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
- Applies to most RIGID products, excluding exceptions listed below.
- Covers defects in material and workmanship for the entire lifespan of the product.
Exceptions:
- 10-Year Warranty: Radiance light bars and pods.
- 5-Year Warranty: Products used in commercial/industrial applications.
- 3-Year Warranty: Truck-Lite brand headlights.
- 2-Year Warranty: Accessories, covers, mounts, kits (excluding lights), closeout/discontinued items.
- 1-Year Warranty: Powder coat finishes, cosmetic coatings, exterior lenses, UWL products, interior dome lights, Reflect products (excluding light engine and mirror), Capture products, Docking Lights (specific models), GPS module (Adapt products).
- No Warranty: Reflect mirrors, unregistered Capture products, flashlights, lithium batteries.
Additional Notes:
- Warranty is non-transferable.
- RIGID may modify the warranty policy without notice.
- Products must have an RMA number before being returned.
- Specific steps for troubleshooting electrical and moisture issues are outlined in the full warranty policy.
- Claims may be rejected for non-compliance with return procedures.
- Customers should first submit warranty claims through the original vendor, if available.
